Extended Summer Hours

Starting June 15, North Point Lighthouse will be open Thursdays 10am-2pm, Saturday-Sunday 1-4pm.

  • Discover how the lighthouse served the Great Lakes maritime industry
  • See artifacts and exhibits about the ships that sailed Lake Michigan
  • Learn about the keepers who maintained the lighthouse.
  • Climb the 74-foot tall tower for a spectacular 360° view of Lake Park, Lake Michigan and downtown Milwaukee.

2017 Admission
$8 for Adults
$5 for adults age 65+ with ID
$5 for children age 5-11
No charge for children age 4 and under

Climbing the Tower
Must be at least 5 years old and at least 38 inches tall to climb the tower

The lighthouse museum is accessible to visitors who use wheelchairs and walkers. The wheelchair ramp is at the north entrance of the museum. A handicap parking space is available for drop off and pick up in the north parking area.

Private Tours on a Weekday
Private tours and education tours by appointment at special rates.

  • $10 per person, but a minimum of 10 people or $100 minimum per group, whichever is greater.
